Services
My approach is rooted in the belief that understanding you as an individual is the cornerstone of effective psychiatric care. From this foundation, I craft a personalized treatment strategy.
Treatment options I offer:
-
Psychotherapy only
-
Management of prescription medications only
-
A combination of psychotherapy and medications
Psychotherapy
As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, my aim is to work with people to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the patterns that shape their lives.
At this time, I am receiving advanced training in psychoanalysis from the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia.

I have experience in several types of psychotherapy, and if I recommend a style of therapy I do not provide, then I will work with you to connect you to the right place.
Medication Management
I am experienced in prescribing and managing medications for mental health conditions, and I work closely with my patients to ensure that they receive the most effective treatment for their individual needs.

My practice is firmly grounded in the highest quality evidence available in the field of psychiatry. This dedication to evidence-based care ensures that I will never advocate for unnecessary or excessive testing or treatments. My priority is to offer you guidance and interventions that have been proven to be effective.
My Approach
My approach is rooted in empathy, trust, and collaboration. I firmly believe that no two individuals are alike, and thus, no two treatment paths should be identical.

For many individuals, understanding the past can help us make sense of the present. In my practice, we may explore the ways that your life experiences have shaped your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We'll engage in open and meaningful conversations, and I'll actively listen, offering insights at times.

I provide a safe and confidential space where you can share, reflect, and grow. Our work may often explore the past, but our focus is always on the present and the future, striving to help you make positive changes, find greater self-acceptance, and improve your overall well-being.
